Another major bombshell has been dropped by the good folks over at Project Veritas.
James O’Keefe and his team obtained audio recordings of CNN head Jeff Zucker bashing President Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson and other conservatives during what he believed were private conversations between himself and other fake news executives at the network.
Revealing the depths of CNN‘s implicit bias against the right, the recordings expose Zucker as an unprofessional hack who instructs his employees to conduct hit jobs on conservative political targets rather than simply report the news.
“This is a president who knows he’s losing, who knows he’s in trouble, is sick, maybe is on the aftereffects of steroids or not. I don’t know. But he is acting erratically and desperately, and we need to not normalize that,” was one of Zucker’s statements to his minions.
In another diatribe about Trump, Zucker suggested that this is “what we’ve come to expect for the last three and a half years, four years, but it clearly is exacerbated by the time that we’re in and the issues that he’s [Trump] dealing with.”
“I think that we cannot just let it be normalized,” Zucker added. “He is all over the place and acting erratically, and I think we need to lean into that.”
In talking about South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, Zucker stated that CNN has been “too polite” to him, and that it is time to take the gloves off and really start punching.
As for Fox News‘s Tucker Carlson, Zucker wants CNN to hone in on labeling the guy a “white supremacist” because that type of language really appeals to the types of people who watch CNN.
“I think it’s unavoidable that you have to talk about the naked racism of Tucker Carlson,” affirmed CNN General Counsel David Vigilante, one of Zucker’s yes men.
“Because that’s really what drove this anti-diversity push, you know, Trump watches Tucker Carlson’s show and then reacts. And just as sort of the white supremacy hour they have on Fox News every night, I think it’s the – you can’t disconnect the two.”
CNN field producer Stephanie Becker is also heard chiming in about how in order to “get the transition going right,” the network needs to talk differently about the 9/11 report, the context of this remaining dubious.
“So, if you want a good, concrete example of what happens when you don’t have a good transition, well, look at the Twin Towers,” Becker is heard stating.
All of this just goes to show that CNN, like we have been saying for years, is not at all interested in reporting the news as honest journalists. CNN exists to push its own far-left narrative and it definitely shows every time someone from the network speaks, even publicly.
“These statements made by high-up executives at CNN prove that they are simply not interested in being unbiased when reporting on the news,” says O’Keefe about what the recordings reveal.
“CNN likes to call themselves ‘the most trusted name in news,’ but how can the public ever trust a network that routinely bashes people simply because those people hold certain political views that are not aligned with the mainstream media?”
O’Keefe went on to explain that calling Tucker Carlson a “racist” and demanding that other CNN employees attack Lindsey Graham is “outrageous and unprofessional behavior” on Zucker’s part.
“Project Veritas continues its investigations into mainstream media organizations and their role in influencing elections, especially as America’s future is becoming more uncertain and the public’s trust in media continues to decline,” O’Keefe contends.
